Need to make a change? Because your item is custom-printed and goes into production quickly, all change or cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day return policy ensures customer satisfaction and covers items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- No return needed: You do not need to send defective items back.
- Replacement at no cost: We ship replacements free of charge.
- What you need: Provide photos and proof of purchase to start the process.
Wrong Size or Color
- Our mistake: Wrong size or color? You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
- Customer mistake: We want you to love your new shirt! As each item is custom-made, we cannot process refunds or exchanges if the wrong size or color is selected. To help you choose the best fit, please refer to our comprehensive size chart and feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Replacements and Refunds
- Replacements: Replacements are processed and shipped out within 2–5 business days. To ensure replacements are sent at absolutely no extra cost to you, we use economy shipping methods. For USA orders, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days. For international orders, shipping timelines vary by country and will take slightly longer than our standard delivery windows. Once you choose a replacement, a refund for that item is no longer possible.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If not received after 15 business days, contact support@kalivira.com.
- Sale Items: rders purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or using discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for cash refunds or exchanges. If a discounted item arrives defective or damaged, it is strictly eligible for a free replacement only, in accordance with our 30-day policy. Cash refunds will not be issued for sale items.
