Return And Refund Policy
All of our products are made to order especially for you, cannot be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers and cannot be restocked.
You can cancel or edit your order at any time before it goes to production, Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, just 12 hours for standard shipping, or once the listing ends (whichever comes first), please contact us by email support@kalivira.com or chat with us.
Damages and issues
In case of a defective and damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offers a free replacement with the same color and size, if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery, this also means that replacement are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, so make sure to look at the size chart before ordering and contact us if you have any question.
To be eligible for a free replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement, we require a samples and photos of the defective product, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, please contact us by email support@kalivira.com
Once your replacement request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement, If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and shipped to your provided address.
